Happy New Year to you!
The new year is one of my favorite times of year. It's chance to reflect on the last year, and commit to change going forward into the new year. Camryn and I like to set new year challenges, this year we're doing 75 days no drinking, and for that time read 10 pages everyday, get out in nature x5/week, workout x6/week (snowboarding counts for two) and only buy necessary things. Market Update in Tahoe
The Tahoe Market always seems to quiet down from Thanksgiving through the New Year. Showings for my listings are extremely low, even the traffic for my open houses has been minimal. There's been more and more talk around rate cuts, and the consensus seems to be they're not going significantly down or up anytime soon. We'll see what adjustments come with the official inaguration of President Trump on the 20th, it's too early to tell what changes he makes, and how they'll affect real estate going forward.
